Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union/EEA countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate on every order, regardless of order size or destination:

Rates are calculated at checkout in your local currency where applicable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer - we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:
- UK: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 5-14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees - delivery can be affected by customs processing (for EU orders) or courier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel's journey to your door.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
For orders shipped to the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Layered is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched, and we can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
