Award-winning journalist and author Caroline Brien has over 25 years experience writing for national and global media on topics from beauty to wellbeing.
A former Beauty Features Director at Marie Claire UK, she has written for Psychologies (UK), Metro, Good- Housekeeping, Elle, Grazia, Red and Stella magazine, and is also the co-author of three Pilates books.
Award-winning editor and writer Charley Williams-Howitt has over 20 years of experience writing for titles such as Woman and Home, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar and Refinery29, as well as creating visual and editorial content for British institutions Marks and Spencer, John Lewis, and Superdrug.
Charley loves walks with her sausage dog, holidaying in Ibiza, spending time with family, and shopping.
Dr Anna Hemming is the founder and medical director of Thames Skin Clinic and The Cosmetic Skin Doctor, with more than 20 years of medical experience and over 15 years specialising in aesthetic medicine. A fully qualified GP, she previously spent seven years as a doctor to the Royal Household at Buckingham Palace and has a background spanning surgery, anaesthetics, emergency medicine and the British Army.
An internationally recognised speaker, trainer and Key Opinion Leader, Dr Hemming is known for her expertise in injectables, laser treatments and regenerative skin therapies. A qualified medical practitioner since 1993, Dr Bhavjit Kaur has dedicated more than 16 years to aesthetic medicine. Since 2009, she has specialised in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics and skincare, with a particular interest in skin of colour, delivering natural-looking, bespoke treatment plans that support long-term skin health and confidence.
Dr Nestor Demosthenous is one of Scotland's most experienced aesthetic doctors and the founder and medical director of The Mayfield Clinic in Edinburgh. Holding degrees in Medicine and Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh, alongside a distinction-level MSc in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University of London, he combines surgical expertise with advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
An international speaker, published author and educator, Dr Nestor is a faculty member for the Allergan Medical Institute and has served on advisory boards focused on patient safety and complication management. Eva Gizowska has written for national newspapers and women’s magazines for over 25 years. She writes about lifestyle, health, wellbeing, beauty, psychology and travel.

Julie Scott is an award-winning Independent Nurse Prescriber and one of the UK's most respected aesthetic practitioners, with more than 30 years of nursing experience and over two decades specialising in medical aesthetics. She is the founder and clinical director of Facial Aesthetics in Essex, where she is known for her holistic, patient-centred approach to skin health and facial rejuvenation.
An international speaker, trainer and Key Opinion Leader, Julie serves on the executive committee of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) and is a faculty member for leading global aesthetic organisations. Passionate about education, safety and evidence-based practice, she is recognised for delivering natural-looking results while helping to shape standards across the aesthetics industry.
Karen Heath has worked as a journalist for the last 20 years and has written exclusively about beauty for the last eight. During this time she has written for The Daily Mail, The Tweakment Guide, Healthista, Skinforia, The Readers Digest, Belle About Town and Luxure.
Her main interest is learning and writing about the fast-evolving and exciting world of aesthetic medicine.

Miriam is co-founder of the Nurture Hub, which specialises in pre- and post-natal care.
