ORDERS

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days. We'll send you an order confirmation and, once your order has been dispatched, a tracking email so you can follow its progress. You can also sign in to your Layered account to view your order status and order history.

Our orders are processed quickly. If your order was placed within the last hour (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), email us at info@thisislayered.com and we'll do our best to add the item before your order is dispatched.

First, check around your property and with your neighbours, as parcels are sometimes left in a safe place. If you still can't locate your order, please contact us at info@thisislayered.com and we'll be happy to help.

Please contact the delivery carrier directly to arrange for your parcel to be held, redirected or delivered on another day, where these options are available. You can find your tracking information in your dispatch email or by signing in to your Layered account.

If your order is being delivered by DHL, you can use your tracking link to sign up for delivery updates and manage your delivery preferences. You can also contact DHL directly to arrange for your parcel to be held or redirected to another address.

We don't currently accept back orders for out-of-stock items.

- Standard UK delivery: £3.95 on orders under £50
- Free Standard UK delivery on all orders of £50 or more

No. At this time, we're unable to deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is taken when you place your order. If, for any reason, we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within five working days.
